I wrote before that I was low-key obsessed with these speculative designs for martian habitats. At the time I thought that if these don’t get optioned for a scifi movie, then nobody is paying attention.

But today I saw that the firm behind it is working on an earth-bound version, with windows and everything!

They’re running an indiegogo to build this, and then sell nights in it as an airbnb. I am super into this.
